Eugene Pan has worked in the technology industry since 2002. Eugene began their career at Marvell as a Senior Staff Engineer. In 2008, they moved to Caustic Graphics Inc. as a Design Engineer, where they designed the main arbitration for a ray tracing computational unit. Eugene then returned to Marvell Semiconductor in 2009 as a Senior Staff Engineer, where they designed and developed a verification environment to support multiple LDPC cores. In 2016, they joined Broadcom Limited as a Senior Principal Engineer, where they developed and designed the 200G/400G PCS layer for IEEE 802.3bs. Most recently, they have been a Principal Engineer at SiMa.ai since 2020, where they are responsible for push-button performance and enabling effortless ML deployment and scaling at the embedded edge.
Eugene Pan earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
