Suelen Oelke

Suelen Oelke has over 6 years of work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Key Account Consultant for SIMA. From 2019 to 2021, they were an Analista de Informações at Kuhlmann Tecnologia & Monitoramento Agrícola, where they were the focal point in projects of document audits and stock management, leading teams of analysts to ensure the quality of the collected information and the compliance of deadlines. Suelen also validated information and created spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as an Agente Censitário Supervisor for IBGE, where they were responsible for planning, supervising, and monitoring the data collection for the 2017 Agropecuário Census. Suelen also managed a team of auditors, using the available systems and making field visits when necessary. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Bolsista Iniciação Científica at UFPR- SETOR DE CIÊNCIAS AGRÁRIAS- DEPARTAMENTO DE FITOPATOLOGIA, where they studied and monitored the entomofauna associated with fruit crops. Suelen also worked in the field with monitoring, maintenance, and trap tests, performing triage and identification of specimens. In the same year, they were a Monitora de disciplina at UFPR- SETOR DE CIÊNCIAS AGRÁRIAS- DEPARTAMENTO DE SOLOS, where they assisted students with relevant subjects, had knowledge in the use of ArcGIS platform, and created thematic maps. From 2014 to 2016, they were an Estagiário at UFPR- LABORATÓRIO COSTA LIMA, PROJETO “COLHENDO BONS FRUTOS”, where they gained knowledge in integrated pest management practices, monitored the strawberry and vegetable production chain, and interacted with producers.

Suelen Oelke is currently pursuing a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu - MBA in Data Science e Analytic at MBA USP/Esalq, which they began in 2021. Prior to this, they completed a Pós Graduação in Fertilidade de Solos e Nutrição de Plantas at Universidade Federal do Paraná in 2019. Suelen also holds a Bacharelado em Engenharia in Agronomia - Solos e Nutrição de Plantas from Universidade Federal do Paraná, which they completed in 2017.
