Nicolas Mouté is the current CEO and board member of SIMAERO, leading a successful transformation of the company. Nicolas has also held leadership roles at Ixens, HEC Paris, and Harkand Group, where Nicolas played a key role in the company's growth and success. Prior to that, Mouté worked in senior roles at Oaktree Capital Management and CVC Capital Partners, focusing on restructuring and acquisitions. Nicolas holds a MSc in Economics and Financial Mathematics from École Polytechnique.

Simaero
Simaero is a major player in pilot training, flight simulator operations, and engineering services worldwide. The group gives its 250+ civil and military customers access to a network of 30 full-flight simulators in Paris, Dinard, Johannesburg, and Zhengzhou. Simaero is an Approved Training Organization for pilots, certified by the EASA, and more than 40 other civil aviation authorities, including South Africa, Saudi Arabia, India, Malaysia, Nepal, Brazil, Senegal, Ivory Coast, and UAE. The academy offers a complete set of training solutions covering a comprehensive range of aircraft types, including Airbus A320, A330, A340, and A350; Boeing 737, B757, B767, B777, B787; ATR 42/72-500/600, ERJ 145, Beech 1900, Dash 8, MD80/82, and Fokker 100. Since 2018, Simaero is owned by Rive Private Investments, alongside founders and management.
