Gena Killion

Gena Killion has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. Gena began as an Administrative Editor for Flagler College Gargoyle, where they managed staff, edited content, and wrote a column. Gena then worked as an Assistant Music Director at WFCF 88.5, handling song tracking, music screening, social media updates, and general housekeeping. At The Syndicate, they served as a Street Team Member, distributing promotional swag. Gena furthered their career at Six Degrees, Inc as a Web Production Specialist, and later joined Simantel, where they held various roles including Marketing Automation Configuration Specialist, Digital Producer, Digital Strategy Associate, Digital Strategist, Lead Digital Strategist, Senior Experience Strategist, Associate Experience Strategy Director, and currently, Director of Organizational Design.

Gena Killion completed their education at Flagler College from 2009 to 2011, earning a B.A. in Communications with a focus on Media Production. Prior to attending Flagler College, they were enrolled in Pensacola Junior College from 2007 to 2009 as a dual-enrolled student, studying General Education. In addition to their academic achievements, Gena has obtained several certifications, including being certified as an Oracle Eloqua and Oracle Content Marketing Cloud Service 2013 Certified Implementation Specialist in October 2014. Gena also passed the 2014 Eloqua Masters Exam offered by the Oracle Marketing Cloud Academy in September 2014. Gena's other certification is as a Hootsuite Certified professional, completed in March 2013 with HootSuite Media Inc.
