A growth company digitalizing building heating systems

SiMAP Oy has developed a disruptive heating control system that improves comfort, saves energy, and reduces carbon footprint for homes and buildings. The system brings room-level temperature control to virtually all buildings with hydronic heating regardless of their age, heat source or construction.

In the core of the SiMAP system is a unique ultra-low-power radio network specifically designed for building control. Low power consumption guarantees very long battery lifetime and wide radio coverage makes installation extremely simple, both reflecting to low lifetime cost.

The system is accompanied with an easy-to-use cloud service for data storage, monitoring, and remote control. Comprehensive measurements, running 24/7, provide large amounts of data. This data is essential in digitalizing building management, and it is needed to improve property management throughout the property’s complete life cycle enabling “Green Buildings” with significant savings in energy and potential carbon emissions.
