Şakir Çakın

Şakir Çakın has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Starting in 2003, they worked as a Sales Manager at Cemdağ Makina, where they were responsible for establishing the IT system and ensuring efficient information exchange and data management.

In 2010, Çakın joined Tecom Kompresör as an Area Sales Manager. Şakir successfully increased sales in the region, relocated the company to a larger factory building without disruption to production or sales, and established Tecom Academy to provide training for employees, dealers, and customers.

From 2011 to 2014, Çakın worked as the Turkey Branch Office & Sales Manager at Bauer Kompressoren. Şakir played a vital role in bridging gaps in dealer relationships and contracts, conducted feasibility studies for the Turkish market, and executed fair and promotional activities.

Çakın then moved on to Burckhardt Compression, where they served as the Managing Director for Turkey from 2015 to 2021. In this role, they coordinated the entire sales process, ensured financial control, facilitated effective communication between departments across different regions, and implemented novel methodologies to enhance customer satisfaction.

Most recently, Çakın joined Simba Dickie Group in 2021 as the Managing Director. Şakir is responsible for establishing sales, marketing, and strategic plans for Turkey and other surrounding countries.

Şakir Çakın's education history is as follows:

- From 1998 to 2003, they attended Dokuz Eylul University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

- Prior to that, from 1992 to 1998, they attended Yunus Emre Anadolu Lisesi, where they completed their secondary education and graduated with a diploma in TM (Eşit Ağırlık).

- From 1987 to 1991, they attended Andreasschule and completed their primary education, earning a diploma in İlkokul.
