Graham Paddon

Head of Customer Experience at Simba Sleep

Graham Paddon has held various roles in the customer service and financial services industry since 1999. Graham began their career at Santander UK as a Customer Manager, where they were responsible for assisting new and existing customers with their financial saving and investment requirements. Graham then moved to Barclays in 2001, where they were a Technical Team Manager for the Barclays Home Insurance Call Centre. In 2004, Graham joined Aviva as a Sales Manager. Graham then moved to Avantia Group in 2007, where they held various Ops Management Roles, including Head of Contact Centre Operations and Head of Commercial Performance. In 2017, they began their current role as Head of Customer Experience at Simba Sleep, where they are responsible for leading a digital first customer-centric support function and guiding the business through continuous change.

Graham Paddon attended Edenham Secondary School from 1994 to 1999, and Archbishop Tenisons Sixth Form College from 1999 to 2001. Graham also obtained a Lean Six Sigma certification from the University of Warwick in February 2017.
