Joseph Walsh has worked in the customer service and customer experience field since 2011. Joseph began their career at Allianz Insurance as a Customer Service Representative in 2011. In 2013, they moved to Bupa and took on the role of Member Services Advisor. In 2015, they became a Customer Services Administrator at WorldStores Group. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Avantia Group, first as a Senior Customer Relations Executive, then as a Renewal & Customer Service Executive. Since 2018, they have been employed at Simba Sleep, where they have held the roles of Customer Experience Manager, Customer Success Lead, and Customer Experience Specialist.

Joseph Walsh has attended Whitton School. Joseph has also obtained certifications from Ada in Build (October 2022) and Prepare (September 2022). Additionally, they have obtained an NVQ level 2 in Business Administration from NVQ Training & Consultancy Services Ltd.
