Gomathi Ramalingam

Gomathi Ramalingam has extensive work experience in quality assurance and delivery roles. Currently, Gomathi is the Head of Quality Assurance at SIMBA Chain since 2023. Prior to this, Gomathi held the role of Quality Assurance Lead at SIMBA Chain from 2022 to 2023, where they were responsible for end-to-end delivery and quality assurance for multiple platforms, including an e-commerce marketplace and auctions.

Before joining SIMBA Chain, Gomathi worked at Qozo as the Head of QA and Delivery from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Quality Assurance and Support from 2020 to 2021 and as a Quality Assurance Manager from 2020 to 2020. Gomathi also held the positions of Scrum Master and QA Lead at Qozo from 2019 to 2020.

Gomathi's previous work experience includes roles at House of Fraser as an Assurance Manager from 2018 to 2019 and at tmgroup (UK) ltd as Principal QA from 2015 to 2018. At tmgroup, they played a key role in setting up the QA process across the development department and focused on system testing and live proving of new projects and enhancements.

Furthermore, Gomathi has worked at Intellect Design Arena Ltd | A Polaris Group Company as a Test Lead in 2015. Gomathi also has experience as an Assistant Manager at F.Hinds Limited from 2009 to 2015, where they were responsible for business planning, staff training, and financial reporting.

Additionally, Gomathi has a background in testing, having worked as a Test Lead at Standard Life for TCS from 2007 to 2009 and as a Test Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services from 2005 to 2007. In these positions, they developed test plans, streamlined test cases, and conducted review sessions.

Gomathi Ramalingam obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Gkm College Of Engineering and Technology, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended The Indian School from 1988 to 1998, completing their High School education with a focus on Maths with Biology.

In addition to their formal education, Gomathi Ramalingam has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2006, they obtained the INS21 certification from The Institutes. Subsequently, in 2007, they received the IBM Certified Database Associate and IBM Certified Application Developer certifications from IBM. Later, in 2015, they obtained the ISTQB/ISEB Certified Tester Foundation Level and ISTQB/ISEB Certified Tester Advanced Level - Test Manager certifications from ISTQB. Most recently, in 2023, they obtained the Professional certificate in Blockchain Essentials from IBM.
