Ana Smith

Ana Smith is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Chief People Officer at Simbec-Orion since May 2019, where responsibilities include leading the global HR function and being a member of the Senior Management Team. Previously, Ana held several HR leadership roles at AstraZeneca, including Head of HR for the UK sales and marketing affiliate, where Ana drove HR business partnering, recruitment, and talent management initiatives. Ana's career began at Capital Consulting as a Recruitment Team Manager. Ana holds an LLB (Hons) degree from the University of Reading and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).
