Yuriy Shlepnev

Yuriy Shlepnev is an experienced leader in the electromagnetic signal integrity software domain, currently serving as President at Simberian Inc. since March 2006, where the team develops and distributes Simbeor software for high-speed PCB and packaging interconnect designs. Previously, Yuriy held the role of Principal Engineer and Chief Technologist at Mentor Graphics from November 2000 to March 2006, focusing on the development of electromagnetic software for high-speed digital circuit simulation. Prior to that, Yuriy was the Director of the Electromagnetic Group at Eagleware Corporation from March 1997 to November 2000, where the first version of the EMPOWER simulator was released. Yuriy holds both a Master's degree and a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Novosibirsk State Technical University, with studies spanning from 1979 to 1989.
