Aaron Ring

Aaron Ring has worked in a variety of roles in the medical and biotechnology industries. Aaron began their career in 2005 as a Beckman Scholar at Yale University. In 2008, they moved to Stanford University School of Medicine, where they completed their MD/PhD Candidate in Structural Biology in the laboratories of K. Christopher Garcia and Irving Weissman. In 2016, they joined Yale University School of Medicine as an Assistant Professor of Immunobiology, and was later promoted to Associate Professor of Immunobiology. In 2018, they founded Simcha Therapeutics. In 2021, they founded Seranova Bio, and in 2022 they co-founded Stipple Bio.

Aaron Ring attended Yale University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry, as well as a Master of Science (MS) in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry. Aaron then attended Stanford University School of Medicine from 2008 to 2014, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Structural Biology. Aaron also obtained a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Stanford University School of Medicine in 2016.
