Steve Parker is an experienced professional with a diverse background in software customer support and operations management. Currently serving as the Software Customer Support Manager at SIMCO Electronics since January 2012, Steve provides direct support for calibration management software and assists the sales and operations teams with large customer data files. Prior to this role, Steve held positions such as Operations Supervisor, managing over 40 employees in a 17025 accredited calibration laboratory, and Standards Laboratory Supervisor, overseeing various labs and primary standards. Earlier experience includes teaching as a substitute in K-12 education and managing operations at the Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum as Staff Supervisor and Planetarium Coordinator. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing/Arts from San Jose State University and a diploma from Yerba Buena High School.
