Matthew Boutwell is an experienced instructional designer and developer with a robust background in curriculum development and instructional systems design. Currently serving at SIMCOM Aviation Training since April 2019, Matthew brings expertise in creating Interactive Multi-Media Instruction (IMI) and Computer Based Training (CBT) from previous roles at Katmai Government Services and AMTIS, Inc. Notably, Matthew has applied the ADDIE Instructional Model in developing synchronous and asynchronous courseware for various training programs. With a history of working alongside the Department of Defense and significant contributions to juvenile rehabilitation training, Matthew combines educational knowledge from the University of Central Florida with practical experience gained during military service in the US Navy.
