Alex Talbot, PCC, is an experienced professional currently serving as Global People Business Partner - Commercial and Lead People Partner - APAC at SimCorp since June 2021. As the Owner of AJT Consulting since January 2019, Alex focuses on executive coaching and training. Previously, Alex held significant roles at BlackRock from December 2007 to December 2018, including Head of Human Resources - Australia, where responsibilities encompassed leading Talent & Culture initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and advancing Inclusion & Diversity agendas. Additional experience includes Talent Acquisition leadership in India and Singapore, and prior positions at Commerzbank AG, Lehman Brothers, and Spring Technology in recruitment-focused roles.
