Anne Rugaard

Anne Rugaard is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Corporate Vice President and HR Director at SimCorp since February 2019, previously holding the position of Senior HR Business Partner overseeing Product Development. Rugaard's expertise includes driving core HR processes and enhancing organizational development. Prior to SimCorp, Rugaard worked at Nykredit as HR Business Partner and Chief Consultant, and as an HR Legal Consultant. Earlier career roles include positions at Dansk Erhverv as Lawyer and Chief Consultant, HTS Arbejdsgiverforening as Employment Lawyer, and Fødevareministeriet as Administrative Officer. Rugaard holds a law degree from the University of Copenhagen and is a qualified lawyer recognized by the Danish Bar Association.
