Elizabeth Barnes is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Global Head of Commercial Marketing at SimCorp since January 2020, Elizabeth has previously held various senior marketing roles within the company, including Head of Marketing for EMEA and North America, and Global Solution Marketing Lead. Prior to SimCorp, Elizabeth was the Global Head of Marketing at AIM Software, which was acquired by SimCorp in 2019. Elizabeth's earlier experience includes a position as Marketing Manager at J.P. Morgan, where responsibilities encompassed strategic marketing for Corporate & Investment Banking, and as Marketing Manager for EMEA & APAC at GoldenSource. Elizabeth holds an MA in Applied Translation from the University of Leeds and a BA with First Class Honours in French from Newcastle University.
