Kinga Niemczak

Kinga Niemczak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in finance and education. Currently serving as Lead Business Trainer at SimCorp since June 2022, Kinga is responsible for designing and delivering global software training programs. Concurrently, Kinga is an External Lecturer in Microeconomics of Competitiveness at FHW Fachhochschule and a Finance Lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt, where teaching covers corporate finance, managerial finance, quantitative methods, and financial markets. Previous roles include Head of Department Finance & Applied Economics at Bifröst University and guest lecturer positions at various institutions, including Arteveldehogeschool and the University of Seoul. Kinga holds a PhD in Corporate Finance from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and has obtained education from prestigious institutions, including Harvard Business School.
