Princess U. is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in talent acquisition across various sectors. Currently serving as the Regional TA Lead at SimCorp since May 2023, Princess oversees recruitment strategies and operations for Manila and other APAC locations. Prior experience includes a role as Tech Recruiting Manager at EY, where leadership was provided to a team specializing in cybersecurity and digital technologies. Previously, Princess held positions at Visa as an APAC Recruitment Partner, and at Robert Walters managing recruitment for several major clients, including Deutsche Bank. With a career that began in 2005 at Accenture, Princess has consistently focused on IT infrastructure and technology recruitment across the Asia Pacific region, backed by a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from the University of Santo Tomas.
