Badrul Ikmal Kamil

Badrul Ikmal Kamil has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Badrul began their career at UMW Toyota Motors as an Executive and then joined USF Hicom Mitsubishi as a Marketing and Distribution Manager. Badrul later worked as a Store Manager at Cold Storage Malaysia and as the Head of Division at Carrefour Malaysia Sdn Bhd. In 2002, they became Head Regional Operations at Proton, where they were responsible for overseeing sales, marketing, and operations in multiple countries. Since 2008, Badrul has been with Sime Darby Plantation, initially serving as Vice President of Strategy, Innovation, and Renewables, where they were involved in various projects related to renewable energy and new business development. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Special Projects at Sime Darby Plantation.

Badrul Ikmal Kamil began their education at RIMA College from 1991 to 1993. During this time, they pursued a Diploma in Accountancy, focusing on CIMA Stage 1 & 2. Following this, they attended Lincoln University (NZ) from 1993 to 1995. Here, they pursued a Bachelor Of Business Administration with Honours, specializing in International Marketing and Business Administration.
