Datuk Shu Wei Lai

Datuk Shu Wei Lai has held multiple leadership roles throughout their career. From 2013 to 2014, they served as the Group Chief Marketing & Head of Analytics at Standard Chartered Bank. In 2015, they became the Chief Marketing Officer at Packet One Networks (P1), and then moved on to become the Chief Marketing Officer at webe digital in 2016. In 2017, they joined Telekom Malaysia and held various positions including Vice President - unifi Marketing & Operations and Vice President & Head of Marketing. Datuk Shu Wei also served as a Board Member at TM Net Sdn Bhd, Telekom Applied Business Sdn Bhd, and TM Info-Media Sdn Bhd during this time. In 2020, Lai became the Chief Executive Officer at TM Net Sdn Bhd and Tm Multimedia, where they managed TV content business and the Malaysian Football League. Datuk Shu Wei'smost recent role is as the Chief Marketing & Sales Officer at Sime Darby Property, starting in 2021.

Datuk Shu Wei Lai attended Trine University from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and Management. In 2017, they participated in an Executive Program at IMD, specializing in Advanced Strategic Management (ASM). Additionally, in February 2022, they obtained certifications in "Advice for Leaders during a Crisis" and "Articulating Your Value" from LinkedIn.
