Laila Efifa

Laila Efifa currently serves as the Assistant Manager of Talent Acquisition at Sime Darby Property since March 2022, having previously held roles as a TA, HR Business Partner & Engagement, and Executive in Talent Acquisition within the same company. Prior to this, Laila gained experience as a Finance Trainee during an internship at the Royal Malaysian Customs Headquarters from August 2021 to December 2021. Laila holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) in Islamic Finance, specializing in Finance and Financial Management Services, from Universiti Kuala Lumpur, completed between January 2019 and February 2022. Additionally, Laila completed STPM in Social Science and Economics at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Taman Ehsan.
