Kevin Holmes is a seasoned finance and management professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as Managing Director at SIMEC Energy Australia, Kevin has held multiple key roles including Interim CEO and Chief Financial Officer. In addition to responsibilities at SIMEC, Kevin is an Investment Committee Member and Consultant at Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility, and a Member of the Victorian Chartered Accountants Advisory Group. Kevin's past roles include International Consultant for the World Bank Group and Board Director at New Zealand Green Investment Finance. Previous leadership positions include Chief Governance & Strategy Officer at Clean Energy Finance Corporation and Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Pacific Hydro, where significant organizational growth was achieved. Kevin began their career at BHP, holding various finance managerial positions, contributing to major oil field developments and strategic initiatives. Educationally, Kevin holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Otago and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
