Shamsul M.D. Zain

Shamsul Md Zain is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over two decades in desktop support and technical assistance. Currently serving as a Senior Executive Desktop Support at Sime Darby since June 2006, Shamsul Md Zain provides support for VVIPs and oversees IT revamps in regions including South Africa, Singapore, and Papua New Guinea. Previously, Shamsul Md Zain worked as a Senior Desktop Engineer at Syarikat Pesaka Antah Sdn Bhd, managing a project for a 3000-room hostel at UM, where network and domain registration was executed. Earlier roles include Technical Support at Abacus Distribution Systems (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, offering assistance to travel agents with ticketing systems and handling various hardware for Malaysia Airlines.
