Gautam Patel

Gautam Patel has over 20 years of work experience in the field of Identity and Access Management (IAM). Gautam is currently working as a Senior Manager at Simeio Solutions since January 2021. In their previous role as a Principal Consultant at Simeio Solutions from April 2018 to January 2021, Gautam demonstrated expertise in the ISIM product suite of corporate IAM and was involved in the architecture and implementation of IBM Security Identity Manager. Gautam also took on the role of service delivery manager.

Before joining Simeio Solutions, Gautam worked at Halcyon Virtual Technology Group for seven years, starting as a contractor and progressing to a consultant and then a subject matter expert in IBM Tivoli Identity Manager. At Halcyon Virtual Technology Group, Gautam focused on serving the Identity and Access Management needs of their clients through integrity, offering services such as architecture, implementations, and mentoring in IBM Tivoli Identity Manager.

Gautam also worked at IBM as an Identity and Access Management Consultant from December 2006 to April 2013. Additionally, they have experience working at InfoPrint Solutions, Ameriprise Financial Services Inc., American Express, Wells Fargo, ItPeopleCorp, and Ahold Information Services in various roles related to IAM.

Gautam'searliest work experience was as a Research Assistant at the University of Tulsa, where they worked from June 2001 to April 2003.

Gautam Patel pursued their Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Tulsa from the year 2000 until 2003. Before that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Mumbai, specializing in Instrumentation Engineering and earning a Bachelor of Engineering degree, which they completed from 1994 to 1999.
