Marirajan Kali Sivagnanamoorthy, CISM, PRINCE 2, ITIL, has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Marirajan began their career as an HR Executive at Acme Resource Consultants in 2000 and later worked as an Office Junior at Hindustan Construction Company. In 2002, they became a Management Consultant at Kitech Industries. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as an Associate at Covansys, where they were involved in implementing and supporting PeopleSoft HRMS for various companies.

In 2005, Marirajan joined Hexaware Technologies as a Technical Architect, where they worked on implementation projects for logistics, utility, media, and telecom companies. Marirajan then joined Wipro in 2007 as a Project Manager, leading ERP implementation and support projects for interior decoration, insurance, and finance companies.

Returning to Hexaware Technologies in 2013, Marirajan served as a Project Director / Project Manager, specializing in programme management, solution architecture, and Oracle PeopleSoft HRMS application upgrades. Marirajan also acted as a solution architect for a leading German bank's rewards management implementation.

In 2015, Marirajan joined Wipro as the Head of Presales & Oracle COE, responsible for managing presales activities and leading the Oracle Center of Excellence. Marirajan continued to work at Wipro until 2019, acquiring the position of Senior Manager.

Since 2019, Marirajan has been serving as the Senior Manager - Delivery Lead and currently as the AVP - Global Delivery Services at Simeio Solutions, where they are overseeing the global delivery of services.

Throughout their career, Marirajan has obtained certifications in CISM, PRINCE 2, and ITIL, showcasing their expertise in information security, project management, and IT service management.

Marirajan Kali Sivagnanamoorthy, CISM, PRINCE 2, ITIL, has a diverse education history that spans several institutions and fields of study. Starting in 1994, Sivagnanamoorthy earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physics from The American College, Madurai. Building on this foundation, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology & Management from Madurai Kamaraj University, graduating in 2000.

In the following years, Sivagnanamoorthy focused on specialized studies in management and software marketing. They obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management (PGDHRM) from Pondicherry University in 2002 and followed it with a Postgraduate Diploma in Software Marketing (PGDSM) from the same institution the following year.

Continuing their academic pursuits, Sivagnanamoorthy pursued a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) degree in Management from Alagappa University in 2003, deepening their understanding of the subject.
