Poorna M has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. They started their career as a Software Engineer at Allfon LLC, where they worked on Java development projects, QTP automation, and manual testing. They then moved on to iNautix Technologies, serving as a Senior QA Analyst and gaining experience in regression testing for the Bank of New York. At Infosys, Poorna took on the role of a Technical Team Lead, managing QA teams, implementing Agile methodologies, and overseeing project management activities. Currently, Poorna is working at Simeio as a Lead Identity QA, responsible for developing quality control processes, implementing best practices, and building and managing a QA team.
