Thomas Seland is an accomplished Program Manager with extensive experience in both civilian and military sectors. At SIMETRI, Inc., since February 2018, Thomas oversees program costs and schedules while implementing strategic project approaches. For over a decade, Thomas has served the US Navy in various roles, including leading a 52-person team responsible for the maintenance and operations of a $1B Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch System aboard the USS Gerald R. Ford. Additionally, Thomas directed an international team for the training implementation of the MH-60R Fleet Replacement Squadron and managed quality assurance efforts for a large team standardizing maintenance procedures for $600M in government equipment. Thomas holds a Bachelor's degree in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from the United States Naval Academy, class of 2008.
