Courtenay Blair

Courtenay Blair has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 2004, they started their career as an Inside Sales representative at Electronic Custom Distributors (ECD), where they developed new prospects and interacted with existing customers to increase sales. Courtenay worked closely with field sales team members, provided support to customers over the phone, and conducted field visits as necessary. From 2006 to 2012, they owned and managed Jira Home Electronics, overseeing day-to-day operations, hiring and managing employees, and handling marketing, bookkeeping, payroll, and advertising. Courtenay then joined Dish Network as a Field Service Manager from 2012 to 2017, where they managed field service personnel, scheduled and trained representatives, and directed support services. In 2017, they became the owner of Complete Home ElectroniX, where they continued to manage the business until 2023. During this time, they also worked as an Advanced System Engineer at SmartRent from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, they joined Shipshape as a Solutions Delivery Expert, responsible for delivering solutions until 2023. Currently, they are working as an Inside Sales Coordinator at SIMETRY.

Courtenay Blair obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from American InterContinental University Houston between 2006 and 2008.
