Diego Pino is an experienced production manager with over a decade of expertise at Simex S.A.S since June 2010, overseeing various production processes including injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion blow molding, as well as finishing processes like assembly and decoration. Prior roles include leading finishing processes and mold maintenance, contributing to the company’s operational efficiency and product quality. Diego holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, supplemented by advanced training in mold repair and improvement from Tooling Docs USA, as well as additional education from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Prior to Simex S.A.S, Diego worked at Novaplas S.A.S, focusing on design solutions for plastic packaging and molds in various industries.
