Shawnda Hibbeler has over 30 years of professional experience in sales and business development. In 1990, they began their career at Honeywell as the Vice President of Sales for Bonner & Moore Associates Inc. In this role, they were responsible for managing and developing a team of eight Territory Account Managers, developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to maximize solutions and opportunities, and providing key advice to senior management on the development of overall policies and long-term goals of the organization. In 2000, they joined Sapient as the Director of Business Development. From 2011 to 2015, they were the Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Pitney Bowes and the Senior Sales Director at Teradata from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they joined SSC Consulting Group as the Managing Partner and Executive Sales Director, and in 2022 they began working for American Foundation for Suicide Prevention as a Field Advocate and for Chief as a Member and Contributor.
Shawnda Hibbeler completed their degree in Psychology from Lee College in 1992, and is currently enrolled in the Psychology program at the University of Houston. Shawnda has also obtained four certifications in the past year, including Certified Spiritual Life Coach from Transformation Academy in August 2022, Becoming Head of Sales: Developing Your Playbook from LinkedIn in April 2022, Sheryl Sandberg and Adam Grant on Option B: Building Resilience from LinkedIn in April 2022, and Leadership Mindsets from LinkedIn in March 2022.
