Vivek Vibhakar

Vivek Vibhakar has over 8 years of experience in the procurement and product development space. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Product Development Engineer at Permanent Magnets Limited in India, where they developed products and associated production processes, procured raw materials, and prepared BOM reports and BOM analyses. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Procurement Analyst at Zycus, where they conducted file/data analysis on spend data, performed BOM analysis and BOM reporting, and imported files in SQL/Oracle databases. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Procurement Excellence Intern at Cimpress, where they worked with global purchasing leads to aggregate, standardize and analyze raw material, MRO and equipment spend worldwide, supported the newly formed Category Management teams, aided Category Heads to design and communicate the procurement policy, established and implemented communication concepts, and conducted independent research for new Procurement IT solutions. Finally, from 2017 to present, they have been working as Senior Solutions Manager, Senior Product Manager - Strategic Spend Terminal, Product Manager - Analytics, and Global Procurement Analytics Manager at Simfoni. In these roles, they have owned a portfolio of 7 B2B SaaS products, managed and executed multiple product roadmaps, led a team including one other product manager, and worked with international development teams to continually deliver new features and solutions. Vivek has also lead the identification and execution of product enhancements to the analytics software used by customers, conducted qualitative and quantitative analysis of current product offerings, proposed changes to existing products and formed new customer-facing features and tools, created cost savings strategies on the tail spend and indirect spend, consulted on Spend Management and created savings opportunities, and worked with Finance controllers to create strategies for budgeting and savings.

Vivek Vibhakar completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Responsible Management from Audencia in 2016. Prior to that, they earned a B.E. in Mechanical from Nagpur University between 2008 and 2012.
