Dylan Xiao has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Dylan is currently working as a Senior Account Manager at Similarweb since May 2022. Before joining Similarweb, from June 2021 to May 2022, Dylan served as the Director of Operations at Kitchen Culture Holdings. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the company and its global subsidiary companies. Dylan also led cross-department collaborations to optimize workflows and increase profitability, and contributed to the company's corporate strategy.

Prior to that, Dylan was the Co-founder and Managing Director of Kinday Pte Ltd from November 2015 to June 2021. Additionally, they gained valuable experience at IBM, where they held multiple roles. Dylan Xiao completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they pursued a Diploma with Merit in Business/Commerce, General at Temasek Polytechnic from 2006 to 2009. In 2013, they participated in a Student Exchange Program at Zhejiang University, where they studied Industrial Design for a brief period.

In addition to their formal education, Dylan has obtained several certifications. These include the C|BP The Certified Blockchain Professional from the IIB Council in June 2020, a Google Analytics Certification from ClickAcademy Asia in May 2020, and a certification in Mastering Data and Analytics for Marketing, also from ClickAcademy Asia, in May 2020. Dylan has also completed the Technical Foundation for Sellers program with IBM in November 2019, the Cognitive Practitioner program with IBM in September 2018, and the Global Sales School program with IBM in May 2017. Furthermore, they hold certifications in sports massage therapy, including ITEC Level 4 Sports Massage Therapy from the International Therapy Examination Council in April 2017 and ITEC Level 3 Sports Massage Therapy (Merit) from the same institution in January 2016. Lastly, they obtained a Standard First Aid with CPR+AED certification from the Singapore Emergency Responder Academy in March 2015.
