Jason Schwartz

Jason has a proven record of success in financial and operations management and leadership. Prior to joining SimilarWeb, Jason served as the CFO at several hi-tech companies, including Clarizen, Actimize (acquired by NICE Systems) and Cyota (acquired by RSA), where he led multiple fundraising rounds, drove rapid growth, and oversaw their acquisitions. Jason served as VP Finance and CFO at Shopping.com through the company’s IPO. Earlier in his career, Jason worked for seven years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Jason is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in accounting from Yeshiva University.
