Shiri Allon

Shiri Allon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shiri began their career at NegoPro as a Mediation and Business Negotiation professional from January 2013 to February 2015. Shiri then moved on to Step Ahead where they worked as a Business Development and Data Analyst from April 2015 to May 2016. In 2016, they joined Teva Pharmaceuticals as an Internal Communication and Change Management Specialist until May 2018. Following that, Shiri worked at Tel Aviv University as a Teaching Assistant in the School of Management and Social Studies from February 2015 to October 2018. Shiri currently holds various positions at Similarweb, starting as an Internal Communications Manager from May 2018 to April 2022. Shiri simultaneously held roles as an Internal Communication and Employee Brand Manager and an Internal Communication Manager during the same period. Since April 2022, Shiri has been a Product Manager at Similarweb.

Shiri Allon completed their education history with a Master's degree in Conflict Resolution and Mediation from Tel Aviv University, which they pursued from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from Tel Aviv University from 2007 to 2011. In 2009 to 2010, they also studied at the University of Toronto, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law.

Additionally, Shiri Allon obtained a certification in Leadership Communication for Maximum Impact: Storytelling from Coursera in November 2018.
