Jessica Thorn

Jessica Thorn has over a decade of diverse experience in operations and management roles, currently serving as the Director of RCM Operations at SimiTree since January 2018. Previous positions at SimiTree include IT Special Projects Manager/Product Owner, Revenue Cycle Outsourcing Operations Manager, Supervisor of Revenue Cycle Management, Revenue Cycle Consultant, and Consulting Analyst. Prior experience at Barnes & Noble, Inc. includes roles as Cafe Manager, Merchandising Manager, and Cafe Lead. Jessica also worked as an Administrative Assistant at the American Red Cross and as an Editor for Kalliope Literary Journal. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Penn State University and a Master of Science in Health Care Administration/Management from Saint Joseph's University.
