Dr. Arteja Stamps

Dr. Arteja Stamps, DBA, PMP®, currently serves as an Adjunct Professor in Project Management within the MBA Program at Philander Smith University while also fulfilling the role of ePMO Project Manager at Simmons Bank. In this capacity, Dr. Stamps leads project management initiatives that support the organization's goals. Previously, Dr. Stamps held the position of Vice President of Learning & Delivery at Bank OZK, where significant achievements included enhancing employee training participation by 30%.
