Jena Compton

Jena Compton is currently the Executive Vice President, Chief People & Corporate Strategy Officer at Simmons Bank. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice-President of Human Resources at Acxiom Corporation from April 2000 to August 2015 where they were responsible for all aspects of human resources in 8 countries. From May 1997 to April 2000, they worked as Counsel at Fairfield Communities where they handled employment matters, contracts and advertising and marketing oversight compliance.

Jena Compton received both their BA in Psychology and their JD with High Honors from the University of Arkansas. Jena then went on to practice law at the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville.
