Kristen Pickens

Kristen Pickens, MBA, currently serves as Vice President and Treasury Management Officer at Simmons Bank since June 2022. Prior to this role, Kristen was the Chair of the Gulf South Conference Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, representing over 3,000 athletes from 13 institutions and leading various initiatives to elevate the committee's impact. Additionally, Kristen organized the first Annual Union University Athletic Banquet and interned in Marketing and Business Development at Leaders Credit Union, where responsibilities included event planning and community engagement. Kristen holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Union University.
