Tim Black

Tim Black is an experienced professional in the field of information technology and cybersecurity, currently serving as the Security Operations Center Manager at Simmons Bank since March 2024. Prior to this role, Tim held various positions at Valliance Bank from August 2009 to January 2024, including Senior Vice President, Director of Information Technology, Vice President, Information Security Officer, and AVP - I.T. Specialist. Tim began his career at Honda Cars of McKinney in a service role from June 2004 to February 2010. Tim is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity at Southern New Hampshire University, expected to complete in October 2024, and has also attended Texas A&M University and the University of Oklahoma.
