Susan MacKenty Brady currently serves as the CEO of the Simmons University Institute for Inclusive Leadership, a role held since April 2019. Previously, Susan was the Managing Director at the same institute and has extensive experience in leadership and executive education. Prior roles include EVP of Commercial Strategy at Linkage, Inc., and President & CEO of The Relational Life Institute. Susan's career features significant accomplishments in strategic marketing, business development, and managing executive education programs at organizations such as Mobius Executive Leadership and Babson College. Susan holds an M.Ed in Educational Leadership from Ohio University and a BA in Business Communications from Marietta College.
