Saurav Jha is the current CEO at Simnovus. Prior to this, they were the Regional Sales Manager at Ixia from January 2014 to October 2016. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing Strategic Business Plans, achieving growth in Top line and Bottom lines, and coordinating with team members to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals. Saurav also evaluated market trends and accordingly developed sales plans to increase brand awareness.
During their time at Ixia, Saurav proved himself to be a very effective team player and leader. Saurav resolved marketing related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner. Saurav also managed the sales pipeline, forecasted monthly sales and identified new business opportunities. In addition, they planned and implemented new strategies with senior members, maintained profitable business with the optimal product mix throughout the region, built key customer relationships, identified business opportunities, negotiated and closed business deals, and maintained extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Saurav Jha began their educational career by completing a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology. Saurav then went on to complete an EGMP in Business Administration and Management, General from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
