Hugo Daniel Andrade has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Hugo began their career as a development engineer at INEGI from 1998 to 2001. Hugo then worked as an estagiario at Programa Contacto 5ª Edição - ICEP Portugal from 2001 to 2002. From 2002 to 2003, they were a resident engineer from FES-AES at VW - AUTOEUROPA Portugal. In 2003, Hugo joined Simoldes Plásticos as a product development resident engineer and later became a product expert, playing a technical role in the development of interior trim plastic injection parts and interior trim door panels. Hugo also worked as a resident engineer at Renault Technocenter in Paris, France, and at Magna-Steyr in Graz, Austria. Hugo then joined Caetanobus as a development manager from 2007 to 2008. Hugo also has experience in academia, working as an invited assistant professor at the Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto in 2010 and as an invited assistant professor at ESAN - Universidade de Aveiro from 2014 onwards. Since October 2020, they have held the position of development and project manager director at Simoldes Plásticos.
Hugo Daniel Andrade pursued higher education starting in 1993 at Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, where they studied Mechanical Engineering. Hugo successfully completed their undergraduate degree in this field in 1998. After gaining professional experience, Hugo decided to further enhance their knowledge and skills by enrolling at EGP-UPBS University of Porto Business School in 2007. There, they pursued an Executive MBA program, focusing on Management. Hugo'seducational journey at EGP-UPBS lasted until 2008.
