Ailsa Roe

Ailsa Roe is an experienced accommodation and community support worker currently employed at Simon Community Northern Ireland since January 2022. Prior to this role, Ailsa worked as a Montessori teacher at Karaville Montessori & Childcare, where responsibilities included room leadership, curriculum planning, and activity delegation. Ailsa has a strong background in early childhood education, having served as an afterschool teacher at Gabriels Afterschool and Montessori and as a directress at Little Stars Montessori Preschool and Little Acorns Montessori Nursery. Ailsa's previous experience also includes roles in customer service and hospitality, notably at LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics and The Shelbourne Dublin, a Renaissance Hotel. Ailsa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from London Metropolitan University, along with various qualifications in Montessori pedagogy and hospitality studies.
