Currently serving as Quality and Development Manager for Client Management Systems at Simon Community Northern Ireland, Derek has held various roles including Drug and Alcohol Coordinator and Low Threshold Drug and Alcohol Worker, focusing on harm reduction and client engagement. Previous experience includes Senior Supervisor at Lidl Northern Ireland and Project Enabler at South Down Family Health Initiatives, where Derek worked on initiatives to support vulnerable populations in rural areas.
