The Human Resources team at Simon Community NI is responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, organizational development, and workforce planning. They ensure that staff are well-supported through training and development programs and work to maintain a positive work environment aligned with the charity's mission to support those experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
