Andrea Ringrose

Andrea Ringrose serves as the Senior Director of Campus Public Safety at Simon Fraser University, with a tenure beginning in July 2019, along with various acting and director roles within the same department. As Vice President of the Canadian Association of Threat Assessment Professionals since December 2019, Andrea has also founded Warm Em Up, an initiative supporting individuals with psychiatric disorders and housing insecurity. Instructing for Mental Health First Aid Canada until April 2025, Andrea previously managed fire, safety, and operational response for the City of Vancouver and held multiple leadership roles at Lions Gate Risk Management Group. An educator and program developer for Future Smart Leadership Camps, Andrea possesses Master's and Bachelor's degrees in International Studies and Psychology, respectively, from Simon Fraser University and the University of Victoria.
