Christine Callihoo

Christine Callihoo, MSc., RPP, is a seasoned professional in land use and community planning with a strong emphasis on climate change adaptation and mitigation. Currently serving as a Senior Land Use & Community Planner and Independent Consultant since September 2016, Christine has significant experience working with communities and local governments to enhance resilience and adaptive capacity. As an Adjunct Professor at Simon Fraser University's School of Resource and Environmental Management, Christine shares expertise on resource management and planning. With prior roles at Associated Environmental Consultants Inc. and Counterflow Community Planning Inc., Christine has managed and facilitated diverse planning projects, including asset management and brownfield development. Christine Callihoo holds multiple advanced degrees and certifications, positioning a strong foundation in risk management and sustainable practices.
