Deborah Acheampong

Deborah Acheampong is a communications and marketing coordinator at Simon Fraser University in the School of Computing Science, with experience as an office assistant at SFU International. Deborah has also worked as a journalist for the Ghanaian American Journal and CJSF 90.1, and held the position of office/accounting program assistant at Collingwood Neighbourhood House Society. Previous roles include an executive administrative assistant at Ghana Cocoa Board and a broadcast journalist at RADIO - UNIVERS. Deborah earned a Master’s degree in Global Communication Studies from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Arts (Playwriting) from the University of Ghana, along with completing a course in Writing for the Web and Digital Media at The University of British Columbia.
