Debra Finlayson

Debra Finlayson, MA, SHRM-CP, CPHR, is an experienced professional in Human Resources Management and workforce planning, currently serving as an Instructor at Simon Fraser University since August 2017. In addition to this role, Debra operates as a Human Resources Training Consultant for RelativeDesign.ca and leads the Mentorship Advisory Group for the Surrey Board of Trade, where a Mentoring Program was developed under Debra's leadership to enhance critical skills for job-ready employees. Former roles include Instructor at BC Alliance for Manufacturing and Human Resources & Learning Consultant at Vertical Bridge Corporate Consulting, among others.
